How important is it to know which pages are most frequently visited?
Your website's most viewed pages can tell you where visitors spend their time and what interests them.
By understanding which pages are popular, you can figure out where visitors are in their journey - whether they're just learning about your product or service or if they're ready to make a purchase.
There are two main types of pages on most business websites: content pages and money pages. On the Content page, visitors usually look at these pages when they are doing research. Money pages are where you sell your products or services, and visitors who look at these pages are usually further along in their decision-making process.
By knowing which pages are most viewed, you can focus on creating more effective content and improving the user experience to drive more conversions.
Where do I find the top visited page?
In Google Analytics, to view the most viewed page, click on “Behavior” in the left-hand menu, From the Behavior menu, select "Site Content" and then "All Pages."
Your website's pages are ranked by their number of pageviews here. Listed first will be the most viewed page, followed by the rest in descending order of pageviews.
