Impressions by Campaign

KPI

Ad Impression by campaign is how many times your ad appeared on the Google Ad network for a particular campaign.

What is an Ad Impression?

Ad Impression by campaign is the amount of time your Ad for a particular campaign has been shown on Google Ad network in the time frame chosen by you. In practice, an impression occurs any time a user puts a query on Google or opens a website and your ad pops up.

How do we calculate an Ad Impression for ?

Impression by campaign is calculated by multiplying the number of Spots by Average Persons.

For Example if an Ad was shown 6 times to one person, the impressions will be 6.

Similarly if your ad was shown 1 time to 6 people your impression will be 6.

Why are Ad impressions important?

Impressions by campaign are important because they are a simple projection of how many people can see your ads within your ads time frame . So it is considered as one of the best metrics to gauge the reach of your ad.
